The Background
Over time, the University had accumulated a large, mixed fleet of printers, copiers, faxes, and MFDs which had been acquired as and when needs arose with no clear print strategy, making it expensive and inefficient with high levels of waste.
Additionally, the University was dissatisfied with the service levels and value-for-money offered by their existing supplier, whose lack of innovation was also limiting the technology available for students and staff.
