Apogee acquire Clarke Office Solutions in Cambridge

Established in 1991 and based in Cambridge, Clarke Office Solutions are a business solutions provider who has served East Anglia, the Midlands and London conurbations for over 25 years.

 

Founded by Robert Clarke, the firm provides commercial and public sector clients with the latest hardware and software technology, finance and leasing solutions, and onsite servicing through its own in-house service operation.

Jason Collins, Apogee Joint CEO said “We were keen to strengthen our coverage in this part of the country and through this acquisition we now have a new operational base in Cambridge. Clarke Office Solutions is a long established independent business with a strong service reputation so I’m really pleased that we have completed the acquisition and Robert and his team are joining the Apogee Group.”

This acquisition sees Apogee continue its organic plus M&A growth strategy, backed by investment from private equity firm Equistone Partners Europe. Apogee will continue to make further strategic acquisitions to drive growth in the UK and Europe.
